Elevate is a structured AI literacy pathway designed to transform everyday professionals into confident, capable AI users – future-proofing their careers through practical, immediately applicable skills.
This isn’t just another course.
Elevate consists of 6 modules. These are 2 hour, instructor-led online workshops that guide you on a journey from Basecamp to Summit, where participants don’t simply “learn about AI” – they learn how to use AI safely, effectively, and productively in real work scenarios.
This 2 hour, instructor-led online workshop gives you a solid grounding in how AI works, where it’s useful, and how to apply it safely and effectively in your day-to-day work. You’ll leave with practical skills, a structured framework, and the confidence to start using AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, and others immediately.
This foundational session shifts participants from "hit and hope" guessing to a systematic approach for predictable AI results. The core methodology is the "CONTROL Loop", which teaches learners to refine prompts iteratively until they are stable and precise. By the end of the session, participants diagnose why outputs fail, identifying vague goals or missing constraints and build a personal "go-to prompt library" containing rock-solid prompts and chains that can be reused for daily work.
Building on the prompting skills from Camp 1, this session focuses on creating repeatable, specialised assistants rather than just chatting with AI. Learners are introduced to the "TASK" framework to design custom instructions that automate specific roles. The workshop guides participants in building working assistants across platforms like ChatGPT (Custom GPTs), Gemini (Gems), or Copilot (Agents), incorporating knowledge bases for grounding and accuracy to produce a functional tool that handles real job tasks
This session moves beyond single-prompt interactions to a multi-tool "productivity pipeline" designed to speed up research and output creation. Participants master a specific workflow: using Perplexity for sourced research, NotebookLM for sensemaking and finding themes, Gamma for creating narrative decks or documents, and Napkin.ai for generating explanatory diagrams. The outcome is a complete "work pack" (brief, notebook, presentation, and visual) produced in under 90 minutes, enforcing a "Trust Triangle" of speed, accuracy, and ownership.
In this session, participants transition from tool consumers to tool creators by adopting the "vibe coding" mindset describing a product to an AI which then writes the code. Using the "BUILD" spec framework, learners define clear requirements to generate simple internal tools like ticket triage helpers or meeting trackers. The workshop emphasises an iterative "feature slice" approach building, testing, and debugging one small feature at a time allowing non-coders to ship working apps using platforms like Lovable, Replit, or Bolt.
This capstone event serves as the final integration of all skills, focusing on building complex prototypes without fear. Participants learn to prompt for architecture and behaviour rather than just code snippets, using the "ARCH" template to design robust solutions. The session enforces a rigorous "REFINE" loop to shape behaviour and manage risks, ensuring that learners can identify security limits and deploy safe, end-to-end working prototypes that solve real business problems.
