Peak Intelligence started with a simple observation
Our founder, Simon Bucknell, was building GenX Talent - a business fighting workplace ageism in tech. He kept seeing the same pattern: experienced professionals being overlooked because they hadn't yet embraced AI. GenX needed AI literacy to compete. To prove their relevance. To beat the bias.
But then the obvious hit him.
This isn't a GenX problem. It's an everyone problem. Boomers need these skills. Millennials need these skills. GenZ need these skills.
AI knows no bias. No age. No barriers.
It doesn't care how old you are or where you trained. It cares whether you can use it well.
