Funded Learning

Fund the climb properly

Government and Microsoft funded routes into real AI capability.

Good AI training does not have to come from a stretched training budget. There are funded routes into every stage of the ascent, from the accredited leadership climb through to funded Copilot rollout for the whole workforce. We are your guides to the funding: helping you use the apprenticeship levy and Microsoft funding well, so your people make the climb without the full cost landing on your P&L.

How The Funding Works

Two funding sources, one climb

You do not need a training budget to start. Most of The Climb can be funded through one of two established routes.

  • The apprenticeship levy. Funds the accredited Level 5 AI Leadership Series: units AU0009, AU0010 and AU0011, accredited against Skills England, delivered live through our CLIMB framework.
  • Microsoft funding. Funds your Copilot rollout and adoption through Microsoft's routes: Envisioning, Deployment Accelerator, ECIF and FastTrack, delivered with our security partner.
Eligibility

Can you fund it? Usually, yes.

Most organisations can fund at least part of the climb. Not sure what you qualify for? Tell us your position and we will map the routes open to you.

  • Levy-paying employers can fund the accredited Level 5 units through the apprenticeship levy.
  • Smaller employers may access levy transfer or government co-investment.
  • Organisations invested in Microsoft can access Copilot funding for rollout and adoption.
  • Public sector bodies are a strong fit for both routes.
Outcomes

What funded learning gives you

As a learner: an accredited, recognised qualification and capability you keep, at no cost to you where funding applies. As an organisation: levy and funding put to work on real outcomes, credentialed leaders, and adoption that stands up to scrutiny.
