The Method
Two spines: three gaps and five levers
Discovery surfaces the gaps. Assessment measures the levers. We give leadership a clear read, without turning the room into a lecture.
Acclimatise works from two organising ideas. Discovery surfaces the three gaps where adoption stalls: idle usage, ungoverned use, and unforecastable consumption. We then assess the organisation against the five levers of AI readiness, and write the recommendations lever by lever.
- Value alignment. Are AI opportunities tied to outcomes the board cares about, or is it AI for its own sake?
- Governance and oversight. Is there a named owner, a real policy, and working human oversight, or a structural gap?
- Workforce capability. Can people actually use what has been bought, and are managers equipped to lead it?
- Workflow integration. Is AI reaching the work, or sitting beside it as a licence no one opens?
- Measurement and reporting. Can leadership see adoption and value beyond completion rates?
