The pattern we saw
Experienced professionals sidelined for not yet using AI. They needed literacy to compete and prove relevance.
We exist because the hardest part of AI was never buying it.
Every organisation we meet has already solved deployment. Licences are live, tools are rolled out, budgets are signed off. What most of them haven’t solved is adoption getting real people to use these tools well, safely, and every single day. That gap is human, not technical, and it’s the only gap we’re in business to close.
We started out working closely with businesses fighting workplace ageism in tech, and kept seeing the same pattern: experienced professionals overlooked because they hadn’t yet embraced AI. They needed AI literacy to compete. To prove their relevance. To beat the bias.
Experienced professionals sidelined for not yet using AI. They needed literacy to compete and prove relevance.
This isn’t an age problem. Boomers, Millennials, Gen Z, the same gap plays out at every scale, all the way up to whole organisations.
An academy for individuals became an adoption partner for organisations. Same mission: turn deployed AI into everyday capability.
AI knows no bias. No age. No barriers. It doesn’t care how old you are, what your job title says, or where you trained. It cares whether you can use it well.
Peak Intelligence
Based in Derbyshire, serving organisations, partners and individuals everywhere. We train Gen X. Boomers. Millennials. Gen Z. Job seekers. Team leaders. Engineers. Whole workforces. Career-changers. Anyone who’s ready to climb. Because the mountain doesn’t judge who starts the journey. It only rewards those who make the climb.
We kept seeing the same story: organisations spending heavily on AI, then watching adoption stall a few teams in. Licences sat idle. Shadow AI crept in without anyone mapping the risk. Finance had no way to forecast spend. The tools were never the problem, the missing piece was always the human side: training, governance, and the confidence to use AI well.
An AI adoption and enablement methodology that takes people from first orientation to confident, self-sufficient use, one stage at a time. Not a course. Not a policy document nobody reads. A live, instructor-led ascent that turns idle licences into everyday capability.
Give every person the confidence, capability and clarity to use AI well. No faceless downloads. No confusing documents. No endless theory. Just simple, practical, patient training that gives people real skills they can use right away, whether you’re one person starting out or a whole workforce moving together.
Contextualise, Learn, Iterate, Measure, Build. The Climb runs on one method, at every stage.

Track record, 2026
The number we care about most: idle licences turning into tools people actually reach for, every day, with the judgement to know what to trust and what to check.
Human Intelligence before Artificial Intelligence.
